We want you to be completely satisfied with your shielding lotion experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the product in its original container and include a copy of your invoice or the RMA confirmation email inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
